    • 12-01-2025 - We are delighted to inform you that our students participated in the prestigious Inter-school Athletic Meet -2025 Organised by FIT INDIA at TamilNadu Sports University, Vandalur on 12-07-2025, Chennai. Out of 2300 participants, our school emerged victorious, earning the Overall Champion Ship and Several Individual Trophies, along with numerous Medals and Cups. As part of the celebration, the students took part in a tree plantation activity and planted saplings in the school garden. This hands-on experience helped them understand the importance of planting trees and how we can all contribute to keeping our Earth green and healthy.     • 16-04-2025 - We are delighted to share that today, 16/04/2025, An In-class Summer Fun-filled Activities took place successfully! The event aimed to educate our students about summer and the importance of maintaining their health during this vibrant season. The activities designed for each grade were both engaging and educational, fostering creativity and team spirit among the students: - Grade V: Our students participated in Speech and Slogan Writing, where they expressed their thoughts on summer, demonstrating their communication skills and creativity. - Grade IV: The Creative Poster Making session allowed Grade IV students to visually represent their understanding of summer health, showcasing their artistic talents while learning about summer wellness. - Grade III: The Show and Tell activity was a hit, with students presenting various Summer Foods, Fruits, Juices, and Salads.     • 15-04-2025 : Adhithya Public School marked a momentous occasion today with great enthusiasm and fervor as it celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti, honoring the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution. The special assembly, organized by students of Grades 10 and 12, was a testament to the school’s commitment to promoting social justice and equality. The assembly featured thought-provoking speeches in English, Tamil and Hindi delivered by students who paid tribute to Dr. Ambedkar s remarkable life and achievements. The speeches highlighted his tireless efforts in fighting for social justice and equality, inspiring the audience to follow in his footsteps. The highlight of the assembly was the mock interview with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, where insightful questions were asked to gain a deeper understanding of his vision for a just and equitable society. This interactive segment brought the students closer to the legacy of Dr. Ambedkar and encouraged them to think critically about social issues. The assembly concluded with the students taking an Oath to strive for equality and justice, echoing Dr. Ambedkar’s message of social harmony and inclusivity. Yesterday, our Board Batch students (GRADE X AND XII) had an enlightening session on Stress Management with Dr.NIKITHA, a renowned psychiatrist !. The interactive session equipped our young minds with valuable techniques to navigate exam pressure, anxiety, and stress.     • 13.03.2025 - We are excited to inform you that, today of our students from grade IX and XI visited the Academy of Maritime Education and Training (AMET) as part of their educational field trip accompanied by our Science teacher Mrs. A. Amuthavalli. During the visit, they had the opportunity to get the awareness about UG and PG courses offered by AMET. Students explored various laboratories and went on a campus visit to the world of maritime education and training, which significantly enriched their learning experience.

The event was a wonderful showcase of our students creativity, knowledge, and enthusiasm for science.     • 26th February 2024 : We are highly delighted to invite you to witness the ‘Mega Science Carnival’ based on the theme “Science Beyond Boundaries” with your gracious presence. Date: 28th February 2025 (Friday) , Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon. This event is of great importance, as it will offer an opportunity for our students to put into practice what they have learned only in classrooms. where students have prepared their own innovative projects. These projects will be showcased as models for our Honourable Chief Guest, Mr. Biren Pattanaik SCIENTIST E – Department of Energy and Freshwater(National Institute of Ocean Technology).     • 30.01.2025 - In honor of Mahatma Gandhi, today, 30th January 2025, our school observed Martyrs Day (Shaheed Diwas) during the morning assembly. This day marks the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, a pivotal figure in India’s struggle for freedom. To pay tribute to his legacy and to foster a spirit of remembrance and respect, our students delivered speeches highlighting his contributions and values.     • 09.01.2025 - Students secured I prize in NIOT :: We are delighted to inform you that the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) is celebrating 150 years of dedicated service to the Nation. As a part of this milestone, the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) collaborated with IMD’s Regional Center in Chennai to organize an Awareness Program on 09th January 2025. Eleven of our students from Grades VIII- XI accompanied by our science teacher Mrs. A. Amuthavalli, participated in this enriching program, showcasing their enthusiasm and creativity. We are proud to share that five of our students participated as a team in the Poster Making Competition and secured the 1st Prize, bringing laurels to the school. The winners are as follows: 1. To honor this milestone, NIOT is collaborating with IMD’s Regional Center in Chennai to organize an Awareness Program. Fifteen students from grade VIII-IX of our school are going to participate in the awareness program and quiz competition on 09/01/25 at National Institute of Ocean Technology, Chennai. This will be an unique opportunity for students to learn about advancements in ocean, climate sciences and interact with professionals in these fields.

    • 11th December 2024: Celebration of Tamil Nadu Governments Silver Jubilee of Thiruvalluvar Statue - 14th December 2024 We are pleased to inform you that, as part of the Silver jubilee celebration of the Thiruvalluvar Statue at Kanyakumari, the Government of Tamil Nadu has planned to organize a series of competitions in all schools across the state on 14th December 2024. We are delighted to announce that our school will also participate in this grand event by hosting various competitions for students. The objective of this celebration is to honor the timeless contributions of Thiruvalluvar and to inspire students to imbibe the values and teachings from the Thirukkural. We aim to foster students knowledge, respect, and appreciation for the teachings of the great poet-saint Thiruvalluvar. This celebration aims to honor his contributions to Tamil literature, patriotism, and social reform, while also inspiring students to imbibe his values of courage, knowledge, and equality. We are pleased to inform you that our school has celebrated the birth anniversary of the great Tamil poet and freedom fighter, Mahakavi Subramania Bharathiyar, in our school campus. This celebration aims to honor his contributions to Tamil literature, patriotism, and social reform, while also inspiring students to imbibe his values of courage, knowledge, and equality.     • 29 NOVEMBER 2024 : We are delighted to share that our students from grade IX to XI had participated in the Vigilance Awareness Program 2024, held on the 5th of November on our school campus. The event focused on the theme Culture of Integrity for Nations Prosperity. Our students demonstrated exceptional dedication and creativity during the program. Their efforts were especially evident in the Vigilance Awareness Week 2024 Poster Design Contest, where five students were selected and honored with Trophies and Merit Certificates for their outstanding contributions.     • 24 SEPTEMBER 2024 : We are delighted to inform you that today our Adhithians visited the Chennai Science Festival-2024 at B.M. Birla Planetarium and had a highly enriching experience. Students from Grade VII to XI took part in the event and visited with the teachers and explored a variety of 70 stalls, learning about diverse scientific concepts. They also enjoyed a spectacular laser show organized by the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Department and observed detailed reactor models exhibited by the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research.

Their swift movements were a ballet of controlled power. Golden, silver and bronze trophies were bagged along with the Overall Championship Trophy. Adhithians were greeted by a chorus of applause and admiration as they stepped on stage one by one to receive their Trophies.

We got an opportunity to welcome the mobile hub of the Environmentalist Foundation of India (E.F.I.) in Adhithya Public school and conducted the awareness program to our students on 12th January 2024.The volunteers Mr.Siva S Babu and Mr. Sri Krishan educated the students about the importance of water conservation and the delicate balance of aquatic ecosystems.🐬🐙🦢 The Lake on Wheels Awareness program not only focused on the ecological aspects but also highlighted the impact of human activities on water bodies.The volunteers explained the social issues in detail with visual representation that created a soul stirring impact on students. 😊😇
